Predictive Analytics Lab seeks to hire
experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented candidates to fill in the role
of Sales & Marketing Manager. The desired persons will be reporting to the
Operations Manager based at the Predictive Analytics Lab offices located in
Westlands Nairobi Kenya.
Duties
and Responsibilities
· Promoting Predictive
Analytics Lab’s existing brands and introducing new products and services to
the market.
· Analyzing budgets,
preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the
sales team meets their quotas and goals.
· Researching and
developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer
requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to
achieve the company's marketing goals.
· Gathering,
investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
· Implementing new
sales plans and advertising.
· Training, scheduling,
coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to enhance productivity and
efficiency.
· Maintaining
relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs,
and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
· Staying current in
the industry by attending conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and
maintaining personal and professional networks.
· Lead
generation through personal networks, newspaper advertisements, and networking
opportunities such as conferences, expos, and other public events.
· Manage sales and
marketing team to ensure brand growth is viable in their assigned regions,
while also identifying, monitoring and maximizing opportunities against
competitors
· Responsible for
putting a sales and marketing plan in place for the month, quarter and year
· Compiling and
reporting sell, through figures and
customer feedback , with key strategic input in improving product development
and planning
· Working closely with
product to analyse and report market trends across all channels while
understanding and communicating price architecture, market demands and product
development
· Identifying new
opportunities for brand expansion
· Coordinating with
other departments to ensure that they support the sales campaigns.
· Providing customer
service by answering questions about products or services of Predictive
Analytics Lab, making recommendations based on customer needs, and resolving
problems.
· Establishing and
maintaining good relationships with customers and potential customers
· Coordinating events
such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote Predictive Analytics
Lab services
· Any other duties that
may be assigned to you.
