Predictive Analytics Lab seeks to hire experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented candidates to fill in the role of Sales & Marketing Executives. The desired persons will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing manager based at the Predictive Analytics Lab offices located in Westlands Nairobi Kenya.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities of Predictive Analytics Lab services  and evaluate customer needs

·       Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for Predictive Analytics Lab services 

·       Working with clients to define their needs and goals in order to create effective solutions to meet their requirements

·       Developing proposals that detail services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale

·       Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, and quality

·       Reporting on project status to your supervisor and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project

·       Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media

·       Setting up meetings and presentations with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

·       Participate on behalf of Predictive Analytics Lab in seminars exhibitions or conferences.

·       Lead generation through personal networks, newspaper advertisements, and networking opportunities such as conferences, expos, and other public events. 

·       Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

·       Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

·       Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

·       Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

·       Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·       Participating in company meetings.

·       Work closely with the Company’s graphic designer to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.

·       Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns. 

·       Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your manager.

 

Job Specifications.

 

  • A Degree or Higher Diploma in sales and marketing, business administration or related field.

  • 2 years’ work experience in the marketing or sales field preferably in Information Technology, Training, and Software sector

  • Basic knowledge in Software, Data Science , AI, Block chain Robotics and IOT

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet targets and the needs of the business.

  • Proven track record in sales

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of proposal and report writing.

  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
